  • Technical customer support for the products and applications of the Product Line Cleaning Solutions of the Care Solutions business unit in the EMEA region as well as project management in product development
  • Independent planning, preparing, executing and evaluating technical application tests and analytical investigations in the laboratory within the scope of projects
  • Creating or participating in preparing product data sheets, brochures and similar things
  • Training of customers as well as internal departments (sales, customer service)
  • Giving technical presentations, assisting in preparing presentations, technical articles, etc. and participating in trade fairs


  • Successfully completed degree or comparable qualification in the field of chemical engineering, chemistry or a related discipline
  • Several years of professional experience, especially desirable in the cleaning industry
  • Sound knowledge in the formulation of cleansing agents
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • Strong communication and cooperation skills as well as a high focus on results and innovative thinking
  • Strong customer orientation and willingness to travel for business purposes
