Customer Service Representative (Korean Speaking)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for complete order to cash process
  • Process customer orders using SAP system
  • Take charge of outbound shipping and logistics.
  • Provide sales support to designated countries
  • Attend to customer complaints
  • Handle customer request for samples
  • Follow up customer payment
  • Liaise with colleagues from Headquarters, Sales & Marketing, Account Receivables, Credit & Legal teams to follow up on credit and logistics matters
  • Responsible for but not limited to coordination with Korea and other asia countries counter parts as assigned
 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics or equivalent 
  • At least 3 years of work experience in an MNC environment
  • Sound knowledge in logistics and shipping and familiar with export documentation e.g. Letter of Credit, Bill of Lading, Preferential Certificate of Origin, Export Permit, etc.
  • Experience in processing ASIA import shipments is preferred.
  • Experienced in using SAP system and MS Office.
  • Good team player, able to work independently and takes initiative to resolve issues.
  • Meticulous, organized and possesses positive attitude.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Native level proficiency in Korea in both verbal and written communciation skills required (Please note that due to work requirements, the language skill is essential to liaise  with Korean and English speaking associats/clients)
