  • 1) Daily work for team  -30%
  • Support oversea colleagues to apply visa invitation letters, hotel reservation, and car service on time and at good quality, especially during busy visiting season or big event. 
  • Fill documentation for team, including Controlling-fixed taking list, ESHQ forms, and new staff on board preparation on time and at good quality. 
  • Learn about company policies from different service units and function units, and share new policies to team on time.
  • 2) BL head travel management, calendar management, reimbursement and others -30%
  • Update traveling information to calendar on time 
  • To double check accommodation and activities, especially for any changes during business travelling. 
  • Calendar management: Check with relative colleagues to arrange JF, meetings, events, customer visits and business travel on time and at good quality. 
  • 3) Management Core Team monthly/quarterly meeting, annual sales conference, annual outing to help team work closely- 20%
  • Core Team monthly/quarterly meeting management: 
  • Collaboration with core team members to organize meetings on time and at good quality, including meeting invitation, developing meeting agenda, arrange accommodation, PPT collection and consolidation on time and at good quality, especially for off-line quarterly meeting.
  • Annual sales conference: 
  • Arrange kick-off meeting and brief meetings with organization team and BL head, make meeting notes and send update on time; 
  • Have clear time management concept and make time outline to track the quality during the process;


  • Relevant experience in business administration related job.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Good team player, ability to work in a multifunctional organization 
  • Good at Microsoft office tools including PowerPoint, Spreadsheet, Teams etc. 
  • Data, market analysis/research skills
  • Excellent communication skill
  • Good planning and coordination skill
  • Fluent English in both speaking and written
