  • Order Management (External Customer for domestic and export senarios)
  • Order Management and follow up (Inter-company Purchase Order)
  • Delivery coordinator with Production Team, Warehouse and Logistic Team, local and export business
  • Customer Complaint
  • Ensure all customer complaints are documented and followed up according to complaint coordinator’s advice. Improve customer’s satisfaction.
  • Others
  • 1) Assist Sales team to ensure healthy AR performance as required by business team.
  • 2) Assist Sales team to collect original both signed order confirmation/ order contract as required by business team.
  • 3) Other tasks assigned as needed.
  • Strong and mature teamwork skills.                        
  • Strong desire to work within a team environment.            
  • Willing to share ownership of successful improvement methods.
  • Mature, earnest, hardworking and with good analytical skills.
  • Work process aptitude is critical to success.              
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to be versatile and flexible with team members and customers, while effectively influencing others and managing outcomes.    
  • The ability to manage conflicting priorities, prioritizing both customer and company requirements while acting in a professional manner.                      
  • Strong capability to capture customers' need and manage customer relationship.


  • At least 8 years working experience as customer service in the chemical industrial field
  • Bachelor or above, major in management, logistics or related
  • Experience in SAP environment is a must
  • Working experience in customer service function is a must.
  • Skilled in Excel and Power Point
  • Good oral and written English
  • Customer and Result orientation                
  • Strong Communication and collaboration skills
