  • The position is responsible for execution of business strategy of Product Line Dynamic Intermediates in China and to ensure the achievement of the business targets
  • Understand customers´ needs and opportunities
  • Fulfill customers´ needs through budgeted resources of local organization
  • Develop the ideas for customer specific local strategies and implementation 
  • Work with existing customers and search for potential customers in the country; develop and maintain good customer relationship, especially with key accounts
  • Generate, evaluate and report market and competitive information to ensure competitive advantage
  • Provide high quality and complete data input to ensure a proper market and account management
  • Conduct and control all elements of basic sales process, such as: offers and contracts, incl. their documentation, credit management; solve open points in processing and logistics
  • Analyze of market development and potentials, propose ideas for improving own market position and exploitation of potentials
  • Observe, analyze and report competitors´ marketing activities and strategies (e.g. products, personnel, processes) to support competitive benchmarking
  • Contribute to local product management and innovation
  • Manage day-to-day distribution channels
  • Contribute to local marketing strategies


  • Bachelor degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or similar disciplines, MBA would be beneficial
  • Minimum 5-8 year’s sales background in related industries
  • Business acumen. Proactive and sales driven attitude
  • Self-motivated, result oriented, willing to travel intensively
