RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute price ranges and sales channels
  • Business growth, expand customer portfolio in target markets
  • Good communication and professional interaction with customers to push the business in professional way
  • Execution of seminars, shows, conference, activities, sales tool…
  • Sell new products under defined preconditions
  • Business planning execution
  • Market- and customer reporting
  • Reporting - customers & distributors
  • Regular evaluation of distributor performance (coordinated approach with marketing)
  • Implementation of midterm planning in CRM
  • Forecast responsibility
  • Overdue management
  • Establish customer database and Customer Competency evaluation
  • Input of new ideas based on market- and customer know how
  • Review competitor activities
  • Report on technical market trends (joint effort with TS)
 

REQUIREMENTS

  • University degree in chemistry or comparable
  • At least 5 years working experience of sales inside the HotMelt industry
  • Cooperative, open and constructive player in the team
  • Able to manage internal communication to ensure timely response to customers
  • Proactive working attitude, value selling capabilities, strong in negotiations
  • Effective communication skills (both language and culture) 
  • Good initiative and commitment, self-motivated.
  • Adapt and work in the diverse cross-culture teams
  • Able to give clear and well-defined advice
  • Be flexible in terms of changing work patterns according to business requirement
  • Eager to learn and to further develop technical and professional skills according to the qualification matrix
  • Open-minded, reliable, responsible, resilient and trustworthy
  • Willing to live the principles of Team excellence
  • Customer orientation
  • Good learning capability to understanding customer applications and translate into performance requirements of existing products or new product 
  • Innovative thinking to define new business opportunity – generate ideas of using existing products in new applications 
  • In case of irregularities: Able to set individual and well-structured problem-solving approach 
  • Give clear instruction and follow up with orders fulfillment
  • Good oral and written English
  • Willing to travel
  • Good knowledge of several IT-Tools (MS Office, SAP)
