RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitoring market trends, maintaining high quality market and competition data;
  • Supporting AO global marketing projects and activities, coordinating regional marketing projects and activities (product promotion, market communication, etc.); 
  • Developing market knowledge on specialty applications (electronics, food & beverage, etc.), supporting development of value proposition, marketing strategies, offering design, business models, distribution channels in GCR;
  • Identifying and exploring opportunities in new products/markets/applications/business models/etc., supporting realization of new sales and business growth through close collaboration with colleagues from AO global organization, other AO Mega-regions (Europe, US), as well as country/site teams of AO Asia;
  • Supporting AO Global and Asia strategic projects (M&A, HPPO, new investments, strategic partnership, etc.)
 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Master or PhD degree from top universities
  • 5+ years work experience in sales/marketing/BD, experience in H2O2/PAA or related fields preferred
  • Entrepreneurship-driven, self-motivated, ambitious
  • Willing to act beyond existing practices/boundaries and go for extra miles
  • Willing and capable to create and implement new things and drive for the optimal results
  • Open mindset and cultural flexibility
  • Strong communication skills, understanding organization
  • Collaborative, team player
