RESPONSIBILITIES

• Setting up systems for strain cultivation and fermentation 
• 菌株培养及发酵系统搭建
• Carrying out fermentation experiments of microorganisms (e.g. in 1 L scale)
• 执行微生物发酵实验（如：1升发酵罐）
• Carrying out plate count experiment of microorganisms 
• 执行微生物菌落计数实验
• Carrying out other bio-related experiments, like DNA extraction, protein detection, etc.
• 执行其他生物相关实验，如DNA抽提，蛋白质检测等
• Lab material handling
• 操作实验室材料
• Office organizational related work
• 办公室相关组织工作
• Analytic data generation and processing
• 收集并处理分析数据

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum education: College for professional training
• 最低教育水平：大专
• Preferable knowledge in microbiology, biotechnology, specifically culture and production of probiotics
• 具有微生物，生物技术，益生菌培养和生产知识背景者优先
• Good time and self-management to coordinate processing of submitted work orders
• 有较好的时间和个人管理能力，能协调各项工作任务顺利进行
• Good communication skills required in dealing with direct colleagues, preferably bilingual in Mandarin and English
• 有较好的沟通能力，能和同事交流协作
• Preferably team working experience  
• 有团队工作经验者优先
• Openness to recognize potential for improvement and to communicate to the team
• 具有开放心态， 能发现工作改进之处并能与团队成员沟通
• Practical experience in analytical methods and fermentation operation essential
• 具有实际分析和基本发酵操作经验
