RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage key account to grow together w/ customers
- Cooperate development projects with technical marketing and experts
- Introduce new products/new solution to stablish more projects in pipelines
- Maintain the business relationship as preferred strategy partner and a solution provider
- Update rolling forecast and lead smart sales strategy at customers to meet budget
- Update value chain, competition activities, major customers of Chinaust regularly
- Resolve issues at daily business base including customer complaint, overdue and others
- Approach Tier1 with technical marketing support in defense of leader position in Auto & Truck
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree or above, major in polymer or chemical related
- Key account management experience in Sales or Marketing, min. of 5 years’ experience in business/commercial function
- Be familiar with automotive industry, better to be specialized in engineering plastic
- Professionally execute internal strategy on customer, solid ability on business development and expansion
- Solid project management experience
- Deep dive and excellent communication skill
- Strong ability on handling complicated customer contact matrix
- Good problem solving skills and show innovative thinking (out-of-the-box)
- Be able to work under pressure and within different cultures
- Excellent verbal and written English skills
- Willing to take responsibility for the implementation and achievement of internal strategy
- Open minded, curious, team player, open to feedback
