RESPONSIBILITIES

  •  Order Management (External Customer)
    Ensure all sales orders are taken and processed accurately and efficiently as well as ensure order processing is fully in compliance with Evonik policies and related international and national governing law and regulations. Meet the demand of customer requirements through appropriate sense of urgency, with competing priorities.
  • Order Management and follow up (Inter-company Purchase Order)
    Ensure all types of inter-company purchase orders are taken and processed accurately and efficiently as well as ensure order processing operation is fully in compliance with Evonik policies and related international and national governing law and regulations.
  • Delivery coordinator with Production Team, Warehouse and Logistic Team, local and export business
  • Customer Complaint

            Ensure all customer complaints are documented and followed up according to complaint owner’s advice and lead package broken complaints; distribute report by monthly to regional complaint management team; Improve customer’s satisfaction.

  • Others

           1) Assist Sales team to ensure healthy AR performance as required by business team.
           2) Assist Sales team to collect original both signed order confirmation/ order contract as required by business team.
           3) Other tasks assigned as needed.
 

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in SAP for orders preferred.
  • Experience in Microsoft CRM
  • Strong desire to work within a team environment.            
  • Willing to share ownership of successful improvement methods.
  • Hardworking and with good analytical skills.
