RESPONSIBILITIES

  • commercial support for sales team in China (based on service level defined by customer category)
  • price maintain in system (for OI China)
  • CRM contact for OI Asia team
  • sample management.
  • record management (for OI operation in Xinzhuang site).
  • Office Administration (Xinzhuang).
  • Export business (as primary contact)
  • Can work under complex conditions with high performance & responsibility
  • Good listener, and respond in time
  • Cooperate and communicate actively
 

REQUIREMENTS

  • University, major in Business Mgt. is a plus
  • Fluent English in both oral and written; 
  • MS Office; SAP experience is a plus
  • Experience in customer service or sales support.
  • Understand operational process to find solution through cross-function resources
  • Basic analytical skills to find root course when things go wrong.
  • Proactively think of different ways and bring up new ideas for discussion.
  • Responsive & patient, down to details.
  • Good team player with effective communication both internal and external
  • Good understanding of culture differences.
