  • Identify the individual strategical approach and objectives to target must win battle
  • Extend business relationship from a material supplier to a solution provider
  • Manage rolling forecast and apply smart sales strategy at customers to meet budget
  • Work with technical marketing in defense of the leader position in high performance polymer
  • Optimize and leverage resources from distributor grow accounts from small to big
  • Update value chian, competition activities, major leading OEMs in responsible area regularly
  • Transfer global/Asia business strategy to daily work timely and develop local OEMs
  • Penetrate to multifilament market to create new business and broden market potential
  • Support transplant business from global to responsible area and ensure transfer business operates smoothly


  • Bachelor degree or above, major in polymer is preferred
  • At least 5 years experience in sales and marketing function in high performance polymers, preferably for consumer goods area
  • Experience in new business development is a must
  • Solid business analysis experience in polymer/plastics industry
  • Good mastery of marketing tools and methodology, and use them in real business
  • Good knowledge background on high performance polymer (PA, PEEK…)
  • Can initiate the tailor-made solutions for various requests based on high/special requirements on engineering plastic material
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Excited about new business development
  • Be able to work under pressure
  • Open minded, curious, team player, open to feedback
  • Good verbal and written English skills
  • Basic IT-capabilities (Microsoft Office, SAP, etc.)
