  • Complete each step of approval procedure and support on project engineering through the project.
  • Manage external agents to finalize all required consulting reports, drawings, specifications in environment protection, safety, occupational, engineering process and others, and also follow up the official review, implementation and inspection.  
  • Coordinate all key interfaces internally with stakeholders, project teams, and externally with local authorities, different contractors in his/her responsibilities in the project.   
  • Supports Evonik projects in technical and authority engineering areas through whole project duration together with project teams, with all deliverables meeting regulatory requirements and be on schedule.
  • Provide expertise regarding compliance permitting procedures, local policy and regulatory implementation.
  • Develop concepts in carbon neutrality, support investment project and operating plant to meet regulatory requirements and keep sustainable development.


  • Bachelor or master’s degree in environmental, process and/or chemical engineering
  • Overall technical understanding of production and environmental processes
  • Knowledge of best available technologies for environmental protection
  • Understanding and knowledges related to chemical production and plant operation
  • Understanding project management and investment project execution.
  • Work together with different project stakeholders and discipline engineers. 
  • Scheduling and management of the project work flow
  • Cost estimation, updating and overall management regarding the entire project phases
  • Communicate with local authorities for project approvals.
  • Organize and coordinate external agents and local engineering contractor on project basis.
  • Supervision on project basis
