  • Make sure the execution of all the existing procedures. Create security procedures as well as regularly review the existence procedures and do updates accordingly.
  • Regularly review the security laws and regulations to adjust the site security procedures/work instructions.
  • Responsible to coordinate security guard team management, site access management of personnel, non-production goods in-out management, inbound and outbound of vehicles and parking management together with ESCS FSM;
  • Responsible for site traffic management and make sure the passenger vehicles follows the site traffic rules (e.g. speed limit, entries into restricted areas).
  • Control the photo and video shooting, as well as drone flight at site.
  • Make security related training materials and do trainings to target personnel.
  • Plan, execute and evaluate security drills.
  • Responsible for security file management. For example organizing and classifying the file, checking standing books
  • Communicate with SCIP Police about security issues and implement their requirements.
  • Publicize to the target personnel about the education materials from the SCIP Police.
  • Receive the inspection from the Police and report to them about the security work we do.
  • Offer additional security support, for example, security guards, patrols and parking arrangements, during shut-downs.
  • Responsible for security facility management to make sure these facilities operate in a good condition. These facilities include access system, camera surveillance, electric fence system, alarm system, patrol system etc.
  • Responsible for managing facility venders to do regular maintenance and handle emergency cases.
  • Review and evaluate the site security level and, according to which, add new security facilities.
  • Adjust the security facility operations according to the site security requirement.
  • Responsible for security facility project according to the site development.
  • Offer security consultation for plant/department and support them to do the project.
  • Internally communicate with other departments, for example, ESHQ, IT, TSC etc.
  • Take new tasks with the development of the site;
  • Other work assigned by supervisor.
