  • Perform all administration tasks to support the whole plant team for a smooth running of day-to-day business, e.g. plant office supply ordering, office maintenance, organization of meetings, transportation, meal, IT; assist other tasks/topics assigned by the supervisors on an ad-hoc basis
  • Overall responsible for the plant and project documentation management & central storage – including setting up a documentation system/procedure, up-keeping general plant documentation, MOC documentation, taking over from other departments documentation on a monthly basis for archiving; coordinate EDCS system following MUSC site regulations; SuRe Reporting data, etc.  
  • Generate monthly plant reporting including information on production volume, EHS, quality, production cost etc. by collecting and updating all relevant information from different departments of inside and outside the plant; provide additional reporting as request 
  • Work under the guidance of the QA Responsible at MUSC and BL Care Solution, to coordinate all internal and external audits and supervision, and ensure proper certification and authority approvals of the plant are obtained and maintained
  • Responsible for administration works in the plant
  • Responsible for general plant documentation control    
  • Responsible for regular plant reporting consolidation (incl. KPI, plant goal, operation report…)
  • Work on plant quality assurance in terms of proper certification and authority approvals 
  • Manage relevant interfaces to outside the plant including the MUSC site, BL-PT and business organization in XinZhuang


  • Fluent in communication in English (verbal & written)
  • Strong organization and business administration skills 
  • Documentation management
  • Excellent in communicating and analyzing the problem and issues
  • Work with Microsoft software, i.e., PPT, Excel and SAP 
  • Preferably with some knowledge in the technical and chemical field 
  • A team player and open in communication
  • Being proactive & problem solver
  • Eager/quick to learn new things
  • Has to be flexible and able to organize big events. Able to make appropriate decisions with minimal supervision
  • The position is encouraged and expected to make day to day job related proposal in some case decision
  • The typical role for the position is information provider and decision initiator in some case
