The HR Project Manager will lead various HR initiatives to drive organizational effectiveness within HR, have a high impact on the business and enhance the employee and manager experience. Initiate, organize, drive, and successfully complete projects or segments of projects that address HR business goals and needs.



  • Lead HR Projects within the Region (i.e., HR system implementation and upgrades, org structure changes, data management, recruiting, change management, annual HR initiatives, data entry (i.e., onboarding, off boarding) etc.
  • Define and document objectives, identify and collaborate with global stakeholders in HR and the business.  Drive ownership and resolution of issues, establish timing and costs.
  • Select appropriate internal and external resources for each project; establish expectations and hold each resource accountable for their assigned deliverables
  • Communicate to stakeholders and HR leadership, seek input as needed to ensure alignment with their vision
  • Measure, analyze, create and present analytics and reports to Senior Management, as needed
  • Vendor Management - Responsible for building and managing relationships with external providers.  Ensure vendors meet or exceed contract obligations to support exceptional customer service for employees, Managers and HR department.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.


  • BS Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development or other business-related degree required. Related certifications (i.e., PHR, PMP, etc.) a plus

  • Minimum of 3 years of project management experience preferred; proven ability to apply project management principles and a minimum of 5 years HR Experience required

  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication and presentation skills required.

  • Advanced MS Office skills required; experience and ability to navigate various software programs required.

  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize projects and tasks required

  • Ability to work independently and on a team.  Ability to influence without supervisory responsibility.

  • Ability to travel as needed
