  • Self-sufficient consulting of managers in all HR relevant topics for their tariff and exempt employees. Jobholder ensures the consulting of the managers under consideration and in compliance with the applicable regulations, collective agreements, social security and tax principles as well as legal foundations
  • Actively involved in the further development of the User Experience department - especially in the international environment and after the Go Live. Participation in the further development and harmonization of processes by contributing his own experience in this area
  • Intensive consulting of executives with the use of new media for particularly complex issues/fields of competences
  • Self-sufficient steering of the further processing of squad and overlapping cases within HR as well as the tracking of the escalated cases until finalization
  • Responsible for the transfer of knowledge within Global HR Solutions and the development and expansion of the HR knowledgebase, including the development of topic-related speech notes for nationwide use in the context of consulting activities, FAQs and internal training
  • Active participation in shaping the topic of future-oriented HR work (e.g. use of chatbots, etc.) as well as participation in overall HR projects for the German region and beyond


  • Successfully completed studies in economics with focus on HR/law or comparable qualification
  • Minimum of five years of experience in HR/consulting of managers 
  • Good knowledge of labor & social security law
  • Very good knowledge of German and English skills 
  • Willingness to ensure the functionality of the department in terms of consulting through flexible organization of the work method/time 
  • Strong ability to work in a team, assertiveness, ability to work under pressure and empathy
  • Conceptual strength, process orientation, excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to travel on business
