  • Provide process engineering support for established processes. Analyze data & initiate continuous improvement.
  • Design, implement, and support NPIs, scale-ups, and/or process modifications.
  • Manage ESHS, quality, cycle time, and equipment availability requirements.
  • Work closely with customers and project teams.
  • Provide technical expertise in core process engineering disciplines (mixing, materials science, heat transfer, etc).
  • Understand site capacity restraints and identify projects to streamline and remove bottlenecks to increase productivity.
  • Provide solid guidance on regulations, engineering standards, policies, and procedures for good engineering practices.
  • Review and approve engineering technical documents.


  • BS in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field
  • 8-10+ years of prior chemical or pharmaceutical engineering/manufacturing experience (preferred)
  • Experience working in manufacturing or production environments
  • Ability to overcome challenges and identify opportunities for improvements.
  • Technical knowledge and ability to solve complex process issues.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Technical problemsolving ability.
  • Indirect leadership experience--able to influence groups informally.
  • Ability to use common software packages such as MS Office suite.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team orientation.
