<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Responsible for managing all service aspects of accounts from setting up of new accounts, order entry to collecting invoice payments (Order to Cash). Includes order entry including domestic and international sales, customer data base maintenance, complaint / credit-debit responsibilities, collections and all outward communications regarding order status. Maintains and strengthens direct customer relationships in cooperation with the Account Manager.  Interacts with other support departments (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Warehouse, Plants) and the Account Managers as necessary to deliver appropriate levels of service.




  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Accurate and timely processing of customer orders including Export / Shell America and Inter-company Orders (Process, book, invoice, file)
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Maintenance of SAP customer masters, supporting databases, Share Point, CRM
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Communication with customers on order status and order confirmations
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Resolution of customer problems, complaint capture
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Interaction with warehouses and plants on order fulfillment
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Debit/Credit handling
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Communication with Sales Account Managers and Technical Mangers on account status and issues
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Collections
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Prepare sales analysis and special projects
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Backup for other CRS’s


  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Knowledge and skills typically associated with the completion of an Associates Degree or five or more years customer service related experience. 
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Demonstrated strong customer focus and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Demonstrated team-work skills
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities with good organization
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Working knowledge of basic PC office software (E-mail, spreadsheet, word processing).
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Knowledge of SAP , CRM IBM Connections, Sharepoint and outlook.(Preferred)
