RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare, implement and execute sales strategy to achieve volume and revenue targets. 
  • Customer visits and preparation of visit reports. 
  • Prepare sales forecasts, monitor variances in sales volumes, revenues to identify problem areas.  
  • Proactively identify customer needs, sales opportunities with new and existing customers and follow ups with customer proposals and pricing negotiations. 
  • Drive new business opportunities for the Business Line in Vietnam. 
  • Generate, evaluate and report market and competitive information to ensure competitive advantage. 
  • Build and develop positive customer and distributor relationship in Vietnam. 
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly reports for Managers, accurately capturing the market environment, sales and competitor activities. 
  • Organize, participate in events, conferences and otther PR activities for the Business Line. 
  • Ensure close communication with Business Line team in Asia and Germany. 
 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering or simliar.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Marketing & Sales of B2B products (raw materials/chemicals), ideally in Silica related industries. 
  • Fluent spoken/written English. 
  • Strong communication, presentation and problem solving skills.
  • Clear service mindest to ensure customer satisfaction. 
  • Readiness to travel.
