RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Start, adjust, implement and execute already predefined sub-programs and projects along the four clusters Supply Chain DESIGN, Supply Chain PLANNING, Supply Chain EXECUTION and Supply Chain MONTORING/CONTROL
  • Define, redefine, adjust and implement complex sub-program and project plans with milestones and ensure fast execution
  • Continuous resource and budget planning to make sure sub-program and project teams have sufficient and qualified resources available to meet their targets
  • Establish effective, systemic reporting metrics to measure transformation progress within a transformation program in the Business Line Animal Nutrition
  • Enable effective team engagement and partnership with the Head of Global Sales, regional Customer Service & Supply Chain Heads and Regional Vice Presidents of the BL to ensure successful transformation
  • Leading and guiding the whole team of sub-program and project managers and support them in achieving their ambitious goals in the transformation program set up
  • Establish a transformation leadership team and organization to drive business results and mindset change for an end-to-end, integrated Animal Nutrition Supply Chain
 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Successfully completed university degree (or other training) with a focus on supply chain management or apprenticeship plus several years of relevant professional experience
  • More than five years of professional experience in the field of supply chain management
  • Knowledge of project management and development/optimization of supply chain processes, ideally in an international environment
  • Experience in the management of change processes is a strong advantage
  • Firm handling of all MS-Office applications as well as digital affinity, knowledge of SAP is an advantage
  • Fluent knowledge of English spoken as well as written, skills in German and/or other languages are an advantage
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills, an independent work style as well as creativity and implementation strength
  • Excellent communication skills required
  • Willingness to travel worldwide on medium scale (25 - 40%)
