RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To plan daily activity including customers to visit and quantitative and qualitative objectives to achieve so as to utilize time and resources efficiently and effectively to accomplish targets
  • To develop new customers and build up close and strong relationship with customers through regular on-site visits and frequent phone calls so as to identify customers’ needs and demands in a timely manner
  • To fully understand and master products’ features and benefits, selling model and services to offer, know how to introduce and leverage company’s resources and solutions to convince customers, and to provide customers with value-added products and services
  • To follow up, monitor and stimulate the utilization after company applying services to customers, figure out and address issues promptly so as to foster the long-term strategic partnership with key customers
  • To provide basic technical support, and partner with customers to launch experiments to validate the efficacy of products
  • To team up with Technical Service Manager to provide support and services, and resolve issues for customers
  • To record and report each on-site visit in the system to detail information on current status of the usage of product, service customer’s needs, feedback, issues and solutions provided, to maintain comprehensive customer management files and provide solid data for company to provide tailor-made solutions 
 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor degree or above in aqua related area
  • 2+ years sales experience in aqua industry
  • Proactive working attitude
  • Good English skills
