RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Driving the sales growth via prospect generation, opportunity management and account planning etc
  • Building/expanding relationships with our customers and distribution partners in south China area to help us build a leading position on technology and service level.
  • Understand customers in depth to be able to identify their key pain points, wants and needs, and to develop timely key actions to fulfil the customer’s need
  • Proactively to explore the business opportunities in new applications and negotiate with key accounts in the new application areas to drive the new business growth in South China.
  • Work closely with regional PL head to complete the tasks assigned, including forecast management, CRM report system updates, pricing stratgies implementation etc.
  • Working with Technical application team to provide new product development and technical service solutions to customers while applying smart project managment skills to guarantee the project success ratio
  • Collect the market and competitive intelligence to drive the business growth in existing and potential applications and translate the market changes into opportunities for growth.
  • Based on the deep understanding of customers/alternative ingredients/technology development trend, present/promote creative idea internally to enhance the portfolio performance.
 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical;
  • Experience/knowledge in home care and I&I industry is a strong plus;
  • > 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing of Specialty chemicals to related industry. 
  • Self driven, value selling; 
  • Good command of English, familiar with common business computer software
  • Ideally experiences in international companies
