As Manager (m/f/div) M&A and Central Project Office you will work on exciting and challenging topics together with a team in an innovative and creative environment. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Become the anchor point for M&A and strategic growth initiatives in our BL
  • Drive M&A topics and activities in alignment with the BL strategy 
  • Proactively seize our M&A pipeline based on a strong mindset of “thinking beyond the ordinary”
  • Steer stakeholder communication: Convince with strong & sharp presentations and decision proposals, execute an effective M&A reporting within the BL, the Division and Corporate  
  • Build up and shape a strong M&A network with internal and external stakeholders
  • Push implementation of the BL strategy by transferring functional and regional strategies into projects
  • Efficiently manage our dynamic BL project portfolio comprising operational and strategic projects
  • Monitor continuously projects, challenge their setup and value-impact, prioritize projects based on KPIs
  • Ensure a powerful project reporting to the BL leadership team for decision making
  • Encourage and guide project teams: lead project management trainings and knowledge exchange
 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Successfully completed Master’s degree in Science, Business, Accounting, Finance or similar with strong academic background
  • At least 3- 5 years of experience with focus on M&A in consulting, accounting company and/or private equity with strong and successful track record in M&A / Strategy / Business Development
  • High level of project management and organizational skills with experience in leading international and cross-functional project teams
  • Strong networking and communication capabilities paired with entrepreneurial thinking and acting
  • “Think outside the box” personality with focus on pragmatic solutions and effectful concepts
  • Excellent and open-minded team player with strong analytical skills 
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English, further language skills are beneficial 
  • Willingness to travel
