RESPONSIBILITIES

You support the project managers of the Attract & Recruit team in a global HR digitalization project (introduction of a new global HR management tool). By doing so you get a comprehensive insight into the end-to-end recruiting of a global company. Within the project you would take over the following tasks:

  • Support the global tester group in the last testing cycles for the future HR system landscape (e.g., by documentation of results, collection of questions and open issues, facilitating meetings)
  • Develop holistic HR process descriptions based on the already configured technical system processes with a focus on process steps outside the new HR system
  • Gather local/regional non-system-related HR processes in all countries and prepare decision-making on further use and handling of these processes 
  • Assist the project managers in managing the global project organisation 
 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Advanced bachelor or master studies in any field of studies with a focus on HR or IT
  • First practical experience in the field of recruiting and system supported (HR) processes (e.g. in SAP, Workday) 
  • Experience with project management would be a plus
  • Ideally knowledge of development and design of HR processes and/or HR systems
  • Confident handling of MS office 
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Independent and result-oriented way of working as well as joy in driving projects actively 
  • Enrollment required throughout the whole internship period
