  • Process operators are expected to follow the company procedures and guidelines whilst carrying out the

            Following  operations:-

  • Preparation of raw materials
  • Charging / discharging batch reactors (chemicals / manual handling)
  • Control of field batch sheets and documentation
  • Analysis of products to ensure customer specification met.
  • Labelling of final products drums
  • Fork lift truck licence / experience required
  • Knowledge of current HSE / COSHH regulations would also be beneficial.
  • Troubleshooting and problem solving skills required
  • Preparation of plant and equipment for maintenance activities
  • Unloading of bulk raw material tankers into the relevant storage tanks



  • High-school education or equivalent
  • Technical training preferred
  • Multiple duties involving a variety of procedures requiring judgment in handling routine work
  • Previous experience in a chemical / batch manufacturing environment
  • Control system experience desirable
  • Willing and able to work flexible shifts (12hr Continuous Shift Pattern)
