  • Operations Support
    • Perform room clearance prior to and during manufacturing campaigns for biomaterials and DDE programs.
    • Review of documentation and final disposition of raw materials and fill / finish components.
    • Review room cleaning logs.
    • Review data to support the testing of site utilities (eg. WFI, steam, nitrogen, etc.).
    • Review data to support the environmental monitoring of cleanrooms.
    • Review and disposition of all manufacturing and packaging batch tickets.
    • Review and approve documents within the change control system.
  • CAPA Support
    • Support CAPA investigations.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Lead product quality and System improvements activities.
    • Gather and analyze data to identify opportunities for quality improvement.
  • Complaint Handling
    • Work with multifunctional teams (R&D, Manufacturing, Operational Compliance, and Engineering to drive resolution to product complaints.
  • Risk Management
    • Facilitate risk assessment activities such as design and process FMEA.
    • Ensure product risks are identified and risk mitigation controls are put in place to eliminate product risk to an acceptable level.


  • Bachelor's Degree in a Scientific Field
  • 2+ years of Pharmaceutical or Medical Device experience
  • ISO 9001 experience
  • QA experience preferred
  • Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Word, Excel, Access
  • High attention to detail, organization, and accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
