This position ensures data transparency and consistency, especially between production and supply chain.  Ensures harmonized reporting across sites, BLs, and Specialty Additives management through training of global users.  Also identifies improvement areas and helps to drive towards harmonized standards, processes, and tools across the sites.  Role will be essential to the development and deployment of IT-based planning tools.  This role will serve as a global key user for planning and will be a key project manager representing the division globally for all SP BLs. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • HR: Create and enhance an open high-performance culture with a strong sense of belonging to OU Business Operations, OU Supply Chain, and the Specialty Additives Supply Chain team.   
  • Serve as global key user for planning and be a project manager representing the division globally for all SP BLs. 
  • Key global project team member for IBP demand/supply planning 
  • Global key user for supply and demand planning tools such as APO and IBP 
  • Global supply chain process improvement projects 
  • Responsible to serve as a key user and train global end users across the division and BL for planning and production master data 
  • Harmonizes, translates and integrates new processes and data into the system world 
  • Defines standards, processes, tools (e.g. reporting templates, reporting automation) 
  • BOM/Recipe standardization across division 
  • SAP supply chain processes 
  • SAP enhancements 
  • Provides the BLs with all production-related data that they require to steer their business (no responsibility for the data itself) 
  • Develops tools that support the Asset Management and Capacity Management processes 
  • Raw Material Dialog for the Amines Platform. 
  • BOM/Recipe Maintenance/Changes for the Amines Platform. 
  • Maintains, Changes, Extends, creates all BOM request for the platform Amines. 
  • MRP Master Data/BOM/Recipe Data Audits. 
  • Conducts and maintains master data Audits to ensure consistency across the platform and legacy PMD. 
  • Asset/resource Audits. 
  • MRP Master Audit compared to the planning strategy. 
  • APO DP Eagle APO facilitator 
  • Coordinate globally and across businesses 
  • Support transition into Integrated Business Planning (IBP) 
  • New products or extensions workflows 
  • Stock transfer master data for NA plants/warehouses 
  • BOMs/Recipes/ProductionVersions for Pasadena/Wichita/Nanjing 
  • MRP Data 
  • APO Data 
 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 4 Year College Degree (Supply Chain and/or Chemical Engineering focus preferred)  
  • 2-5 Years experience in Supply Chain preferred 
  • SAP experience preferred 
  • Experience in data analysis tools preferred 
  • Experience in material/production master data preferred
